The Aqua Park in Krakow is Poland's biggest indoor water park and one of the largest of its kind in Europe. The size of the pools are just over 2000m2, among other attractions that are offered here are, water jets, hydro-massages, wild springs and the wild river, a rainbow path, 10 water slides and 8 whirlpool tubs. The aqua-park organizes many different activities: aqua aerobic, water volleyball, swimming lessons and gym classes. Krakow Aqua park has a whole range of saunas, steam, dry and salt saunas. New to the pool complex is the "wave pool"in which waves are generated, similar to those at sea. It is the only such pool in Poland.

Especially for children:

For the youngest:

Among the 10 slides in Krakow's Aqua-Park, that vary in degrees of difficulty, there is a family slide called "Alligator" that is sited for the younger children. The paddling pool has many attractions for the youngest visitors. The Magic Volcano, The Pirate Ship, an Aqua Dino and a bird called "Cudak." The last two are "animals" that spray water around.

The Aqua Park has also a Play Center on the lower floor of the building called "Gibbon." It is a place for children under 10 years of age, were in two different zones, there are playgrounds for younger and older children. This is an area where the children can play with climbing stands and in a ball "pit." This is not directly part of the swimming complex, but offers an alternative for those whom do not with to spend the entire day in the pool area.

For older children:

In the main pool area there are two big climbing walls, as well as the "Rainbow Path." The latter is a colorful, floating island, where you can try to go on the surface of the water, holding on to a grid placed above it. Among the slides for adventurous teenagers, is the longest slide in Poland, which measures 202 meters and deserves some extra attention!

The pool's ranges from 60 cm to 140cm in depth, the average water temperature is 29-39 degrees Celsius.

How to get there?

The Aqua Park in Krakow is located on Dobrego Pasterza Street number 126. In the north - eastern part of Krakow, in the district of Czyżyny. This complex is located in the immediate vicinity of the supermarkets Obi and Krokus.

Traveling by bus on one of the following lines: 125, 128, 129, 132, 138, 139, 142, 152, 169, 182, 425th will bring you to directly outside the water park.

Bukowina thermal pools are located about 20km from Nowy Targ and 15 km from Zakopane. They provide great entertainment for the whole family. Banska Niżna thermal pools are located 8km south of Nowy Targ and 11km north of Zakopane on the main road from Zakopane to Krakow.

  • The ticket price includes 10 minutes of free time to change your cloths.
  • Children under 3 years have free admission.
  • Reduced tickets are available to children under 7, pupils, students and pensioners.
  • Additional charge for each additional minute is: 0.35 zł (on weekdays) and 0.40 zł (weekends and holidays).
  • Additional charge for each additional minute of use of the  Saunas: 1.35 zł (on weekdays) and 1.60 zł (weekends and holidays).
